In that way, they say they are democratic country, there is civilian control of spies, but in reality, it is fake. Democracy doesn't exist, there is only wolf system (of exploitation) and I don't see how the exploitation can be democratic? Democracy is a word that is misused by totalitarian servants who serve rich sponsors and help them to get richer.
