And reading all this over before I post, I think I definitely said a lot more than I should have. Keep in mind, a lot of this is my own opinions and understandings, so don't be afraid to call me stupid if you think I'm wrong somewhere. The point I'm trying to make is that there's a lot of problems going on in the world, none of which will be fixed overnight.

Taking out extra funds can be scary, especially on top of the high medical school loans students may already have, but working with this site has been worth it for the peace of mind and ability to be comfortable while transitioning to residency.
