В этот же день на мать двоих детей составили протокол по части 1 статьи 20.6.1 КоАП РФ ("Невыполнение правил поведения при чрезвычайной ситуации или угрозе ее возникновения"), а через день — еще один протокол, на этот раз по статье о "дискредитации" армии (части 1 статьи 20.3.3 КоАП РФ).
