I personally only see non-existence as peace, I just want to fall asleep permanently and finally be free from the futile, torturous burden of existing where I'm just hoping for death, to me existence really is the problem and as long as I exist I'll just hope for peace from all the cruelty and suffering.

Somebody commented that Debian is a good example of a real system / organization that works without a commercial structure, without it we would be in a lot more commercial world of software. The setbacks in economical situation and bankrupts of some free software companies were brought up, Kuhn from FSF answered not to be particularly worried, the dedicated people will stay with free software anyway.
