My opinion: Debuting year after first season of Kaiji, by the same studio, with the same voice actor and again being about gambling it's hard to pick which is better. Both are fantastic. One Outs is not as insane as Kaiji but has what you need: imcredibly cool MC with spiky blonde hair, "not giving a fuck" attitude and being insanely overpowered.
